Terms of Service

Fried House is a platform that helps brands discover creators and helps creators discover opportunities.

By creating an account, accessing CreatorDex, or using any part of Fried House, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the platform.

Fried House is intended for people who are at least 18 years old.

If you are under 18, you may only use Fried House where permitted by applicable law and with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the platform.

You may need an account to access certain parts of Fried House.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account.

Fried House currently uses third-party authentication services for account login. You are responsible for the credentials and authentication method associated with your account.

You should not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person or organization, or provide misleading information about yourself or your business.

Creators may upload or provide information, links, pitches, images, videos or other content to Fried House.

You remain responsible for the content you provide.

By submitting content to Fried House, you give Fried House permission to store, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and improve the platform.

This does not transfer ownership of your original content to Fried House.

You should only submit content that you own or have permission to use and share.

Brands can use Fried House to discover creators and publish opportunities for creators to apply to.

Brands are responsible for the information they provide, including their company information, opportunities, requirements and contact details.

A brand's use of Fried House does not create an agency, employment, partnership or other legal relationship between Fried House and the brand or between Fried House and any creator.

Creators may apply to brand opportunities through Fried House and may include a short pitch with their application.

When a creator applies, the relevant brand may be able to see information associated with that application, including the creator's name, niche, pitch, social links and contact information.

Creators should only provide contact information they are comfortable sharing with brands they apply to.

Fried House does not guarantee that an application will be reviewed, accepted or result in a collaboration.

Fried House is a discovery platform. We help brands and creators find each other, but we don't sit in the middle of their relationship.

Once a brand and creator decide to communicate, they handle their own negotiations, contracts, deliverables, deadlines and payments.

Fried House does not act as an agent, broker, employer, manager or representative for either party.

Fried House does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, payment, performance or completion of any creator-brand engagement.

Fried House may charge brands a subscription fee for access to CreatorDex and related platform features.

Creators can use CreatorDex without paying a subscription fee.

Fried House does not currently process, hold or escrow payments between brands and creators.

Fried House does not take a commission or percentage of creator earnings from creator-brand engagements.

Any payments made between a brand and creator are separate from Fried House and are the responsibility of the parties involved.

You agree not to use Fried House to:

• → impersonate another person, creator, brand or organization;
• → provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• → upload content that you don't have permission to use;
• → harass, threaten, abuse or exploit other users;
• → spam creators, brands or other users;
• → attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or platform systems;
• → interfere with the operation or security of Fried House;
• → use automated systems to scrape, copy or collect platform data without permission; or
• → use Fried House for unlawful purposes.

Fried House may display creator-provided contact information to brands in connection with CreatorDex and creator applications.

If you provide an email address, social profile or other contact information, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it for this purpose.

If you no longer want particular information displayed, contact us and we'll review the request.

Fried House is still growing. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed over time.

We may temporarily suspend access to parts of the platform for maintenance, security, updates or other operational reasons.

We don't promise that Fried House will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

You can stop using Fried House at any time.

Fried House may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these Terms, creates a security risk, involves fraudulent activity, or otherwise harms the platform or its users.

Where appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to resolve an issue before taking action.

If your paid subscription is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Fried House provides the platform on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that using Fried House will result in brand deals, creator opportunities, increased followers, revenue or any particular outcome.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, conduct, representations or agreements of creators, brands or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fried House will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of Fried House, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Fried House name, branding, website, interface, software, design and platform features are owned by or licensed to Fried House unless otherwise stated.

You may use the platform for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Fried House's platform or branding without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Fried House collects, uses and handles information associated with your use of the platform.

Fried House may update these Terms as the platform evolves, new features are introduced, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fried House after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Fried House and its operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
