Privacy Policy

Fried House is a platform for discovering creators and helping brands find people to work with. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use it.

We try to keep this simple. If you use Fried House, we don't want you wondering what we're doing with your information.

The information we collect depends on how you use Fried House.

When you create an account, we may receive basic information from your Google account, such as your name and email address. We use Google authentication to let you sign in securely.

Creators can choose to add information to their CreatorDex profile, including things like their name, niche, location, social media links and contact information.

Brands can provide information about their business, including their company name, website, email address, niche and other information they choose to include in their profile.

If a creator applies to an opportunity, we also collect the information they submit as part of that application, including their short pitch.

We use your information to provide and operate Fried House. This includes creating your account, maintaining your profile and providing access to the parts of the platform available to you.

Creator information may be shown to logged-in brands so they can discover creators and decide who they would like to contact.

When a creator applies to a brand opportunity, the brand can see the information included with that application, including the creator's name, niche, pitch, social links and contact information.

We may also use information to maintain the security, reliability and functionality of the platform and to communicate with you about your account or the service.

Fried House helps brands and creators discover each other. The actual relationship between them happens outside the platform.

Fried House does not currently process payments between brands and creators, hold money, provide escrow services or take a percentage of creator earnings.

If you decide to work with someone you discovered through Fried House, any information you exchange and any agreement you make with that person is your responsibility.

Fried House currently uses third-party services to operate the platform.

We use Firebase for authentication and our database. Your account and platform information may therefore be processed by Firebase as part of providing these services.

We use Vercel to host the Fried House website and application.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We currently don't automatically pull information from your Instagram, TikTok, X or other social accounts.

If you add a social link to your profile, that information comes from you.

We also don't currently claim to use analytics or advertising systems that we haven't actually implemented. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

We keep account and profile information for as long as you maintain an account with Fried House or as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information stored through Fried House. We use third-party infrastructure and authentication services designed to help keep accounts and data secure.

However, no online service can guarantee that information will always be completely secure.

You can choose what information you add to your Fried House profile, including the social links and contact information you provide.

You can also contact us if you want to update or delete information associated with your account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws.

Fried House is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. If applicable law allows someone under 18 to use the service with parental or guardian consent, that consent must be obtained before using Fried House.

Fried House may update this Privacy Policy as the platform changes or as our practices change.

When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to make it clear to users.
